JAS Crafty Creations Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JAS Crafty Creations. We take pride in creating high-quality custom and handcrafted products. Please review our shipping and processing information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before it is shipped. Processing time does not include the transit or delivery time selected at checkout.

Current Processing Times:

• DTF Transfers: Ship within 2–4 business days
• Pre-Made Items (patches, brooches, lapel pins, keychains, and other ready-to-ship products): Ship within 3–5 business days
• Custom Apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, embroidered apparel, and personalized items): Ship within 10–12 business days
• Bulk Custom Orders: May require additional processing time depending on order size and complexity. Customers will be notified if additional production time is needed.

Delivery Times

The delivery timeframe selected at checkout is provided by the shipping carrier and begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, peak shipping seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, JAS Crafty Creations is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Damaged packages
• Delayed packages
• Misdelivered packages

If any of these issues occur, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We are happy to assist customers by providing tracking information, proof of shipment, or other documentation needed to support a carrier claim.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
